“Intro to Dance” June Program or July Dance Camp

June Program: Ages 3-8
During June on Monday and/or Wednesday
Our four-week summer program is an introduction to dance. This June program is aimed toward younger dancers who are looking for an introduction into the world of dance or just some summer dance fun! The age range is flexible, please call or email with any questions.
All classes will begin Monday, June 2nd and Wednesday, June 4th, 2025.
Students have the option of taking 1 or 2 classes each week. Each of the 3 classes offered take place on both Mondays and Wednesdays, giving the students the option to come either twice a week or only once a week on either Monday or Wednesday. The schedule for our June Program is as follows:
Monday and/or Wednesday at 3:30-4:30 pm: Ages 3-4 Intro to Ballet & Tap
Monday and/or Wednesday at 4:30-5:30 pm: Ages 5-6 Intro to Ballet & Tap
Monday and/or Wednesday at 5:30-6:30 pm: Ages 6-8 Intro to Jazz
TUITION:
Students coming once a week on Monday OR Wednesday: $80
Students coming twice a week on Monday AND Wednesday: $150
Tuition is to be paid in full by cash or check by June 1st, 2025 (These prices are the total payment due for the whole 4 week session).
July Dance Camp: Ages 4-10
The West Roxbury School of Dance is excited to offer four weeks of summer camp for children ages 4-10 (please note that ages are flexible). Camp runs Monday through Friday. Students have the option of staying for the full day (9:30 AM-3:30 PM) or for a half day (9:30 AM-12:30 PM). Full-day tuition is $400 per week, and half-day tuition is $250 per week.
Ages 7-10: July 7th-11th (Week 1) , July 21st-25th (Week 3)
Ages 4-6: July 14th-18th (Week 2) , July 28th-August 1st (Week 4)
Summer camp will require a relaxed dress code. Any light and loose clothing suitable for movement and play is acceptable, leotard and tights are not required. Please see the details for required dance shoes below:
Pink ballet slippers
Black tap shoes
Any sneaker for hip-hop for ages 7-10
Black jazz shoes optional for ages 7-10
Children should also bring water and a snack. Full day students should bring an additional snack and a full-size lunch.
